How many support requests can I submit each month?

You can submit as many support tickets as you need. There is no cap on the number of questions you can ask.


For every request, we include up to 15 minutes of investigation time to diagnose the issue at no cost.


If the solution is a Quick Fix (a task that takes 15 minutes or less to resolve), coverage depends on your plan:

  • Gold Plan: Includes 5 Quick Fixes per month.

  • Diamond Plan: Includes Unlimited Quick Fixes.

If the issue is complex and requires deep analysis or takes longer than 15 minutes to fix, we will provide you with a quote for the work before we proceed.
