Authorized User Policy

At SiteCare, we not only seek to keep websites secure, but we actively work to protect our clients from unauthorized access to their accounts and their entrusted assets. 

Here is our Authorized User policy:

  1. Only Authorized Users may receive support from SiteCare. We are unable to answer questions regarding invoices, perform support, or provide access to unauthorized parties. 
  2. Authorized Users must provide authorization in writing to add other Authorized Users. This authorization should include each Authorized User's full name, email address, phone number and any other relevant information. 
  3. The SiteCare team member will add new authorized contacts to ChargeOver and HubSpot.
  4. A list of Authorized Users can be found in SiteCare’s Billing Portal at https://billing.sitecare.com.
  5. The client is fully responsible for any actions taken by any Authorized User on their account.
  6. Authorized Users may revoke another Authorized User’s access by contacting our customer support team.
  7. The client is responsible for contacting SiteCare to maintain their list of Authorized Users.
